#TaxTip: First time home buyer
Did you know that as a first time home buyer (FTHB), you are eligible to claim up to $5,000 on your personal taxes?

The FTHB Tax Credit offers this non-refundable tax credit on a qualifying home bought after January 27, 2009. For an eligible individual, the credit provides up to $750 in federal tax relief.
