There are a number of options for registering for an online account. You can select either Option 1 (using a sign-in partner) or Option 2 (creating a CRA user ID).
HGA has access to your online CRA account via ‘Represent a Client’, but as your representative our functionality is limited. Business owners (including partners, directors, and officers) need to register for their own My Business Account, as HGA may not be able to register your business for various aid programs, or direct deposit.

Enrolling in CRA direct deposit is crucial to receive federal aid payments on a timely basis. The federal government has noted that receiving a payment via direct deposit will be significantly faster than a cheque by mail.
