Set up direct deposit immediately.

Enrolling in CRA direct deposit is crucial to receive federal aid payments on a timely basis. The federal government has noted that receiving a payment via direct deposit will be significantly faster than a cheque by mail.

The CRA has put together guidance on how to set up direct deposit for your personal or business account: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/about-canada-revenue-agency-cra/direct-deposit.html
